1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using www.golfsenseitraining.com (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accept, refrain from using the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13–17 with parental consent, to create an account or purchase products.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including videos, text, graphics, downloads, and trademarks—is the property of Golf Sensei Media, LLC or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.

5. User Content

If you post comments, testimonials, or other content (“User Content”):

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing.

  • You warrant you own or control all necessary rights.

  • We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Violate any law or regulation;

  2. Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

  3. Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

  4. Engage in scraping, data-mining, or automated access of the Site;

  5. Harass, defame, or threaten others;

Course prices are shown in U.S. dollars. All sales are subject to the posted refund policy at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Golf Sensei Media, LLC does not guarantee specific results in your golf performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golf Sensei Media, LLC and its officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Golf Sensei Media, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Saint Charles County, Missouri, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

12. Modifications to Site or Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes becomes effective constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification survive termination.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
